FUNKY STEP® - It's a STEP revival all in a D.I.S.C.O. environment, a brilliant & fun aerobic workout that challenges your brain too! Courses available for Beginners.

PILATES / FITNESS PILATES® - This class is fantastic for core strength, better posture, preventing back pain and alleviating stress.

ZUMBA® - ​Got a booty to shake? Dance yourself fit, our Zumba classes are a fun hour where you can tone up, lose weight and join in the party!

PURE STRETCH​® - Pure Stretch is for everyone, any age and all abilities catered for! Just come as you are and join a fun class to improve your flexibility.

COMBAT CARDIO - A cardio class inspired by martial arts where you can punch, kick and strike your way through a total body workout.

BOXERCISE - A class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep FIT! You could be shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking bags, doing press-ups, shuttle-runs & sit-ups!

POUND® - A cardio jam session inspired by the energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using lightly-weighted drumsticks specifically for exercise.

LBT - A full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum & stomach, great for weight loss & improving your fitness level.

BOOTCAMP - An interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity. Cardio, weights, pullups, pushups, lunges, crunches, as well as drills and sprints!
