A great General fitness class. work at your level - These classes incorporate both high and low intensity elements so are suitable for everyone.

A supportive club for people wanting to lose weight.  A helpful topic, a chance to weigh in and chat and socialise with other members

Whether you are complete novice and fancy giving the game a go, or if you want to improve your game at beginners level. Indoors during the winter but on the beach in warmer months
