I had a BMI of 36.7 which meant I was obese. I had no confidence, no energy and could not be bothered to do anything very much. I went to the first class feeling nervous and apprehensive, I had all but given up on myself.
Since I started to attend just over a year ago, I have gained confidence exercising, something I had to drag myself to when I started. I have steadily lost weight every week and am now 5 and a half stone lighter and happier.
